burn energy are adding another string to their bow with Real Snow. It’s going to add a new dimension to the Winter X Games in Tignes and it’s part of Human/Machines so, all in all, it’s set to showcase the contrasting schools of snowboarding. Still a bit confused?
You may remember a little while ago we showed you the trailer for Travis Rice‘s new epic snowboarding event, ‘Supernatural’. If you don’t remember then check it out on our blog here. If you do remember then this might be interesting news for you as the rider list for the event has been announced and, my god, it looks good.

It’s always going to be quite a claim for a snow film to be the best film ever but is The Art of Flight going to take that crown? With Travis Rice being the main man in ‘Hollywood‘ snowboarding right now, any film with his name in it is going to be a big one, especially after That’s It, That’s All.
There’s been a lot of hype around The Art of Flight. There have been trailers, tv spots, gossip… you name it, it’s had it. Red cams have been used all over the shop and it’s going to be an absolute HD dream but let’s not stop there. It’s got a cast involving (already mentioned) Travis Rice, Nico Muller, Jake Blauvelt, DCP, Scotty Lago… the list goes on.
So what do you expect from the world premiere of one of the biggest snow films in recent history? You expect it to be held in an iconic city and bring in some celebrities. Oh, yeh, that’s totally what happened. Held in the Beacon Theatre in New York City, that’s one box already ticked. Celebrities? Justin Timberlake, Owen Wilson and Mike Diamond from the Beastie Boys – tick. Red Bull Media House have spent a lot of cash getting this all sorted and the guys at Brain Farm (who Red Bull collaborated with on the film) were stoked to see the turn out. With this film being 2 years in the making everyone was understandably nervous but it got rave reviews from everyone in attendance.
